About Farhoon Asim
I arrived in the UK in 2016 with ambition but no plan. After facing more than 300 job rejections, I finally landed my first UK offer at KPMG. Later, I joined Raindrop as Growth Lead, helping scale revenue from £6 million to £20 million ARR.
In 2023, I co-founded International Hustlers. After parting ways with my co-founder, I took out a £7,000 personal loan and rebuilt everything from scratch. Within 12 months, we generated $1.1 million in revenue, guided more than 150 students into visa-sponsored roles, and reached over 6 million learners on LinkedIn.
In January 2025, I brought everything together under The UK Job Institute — my life’s work.
